In addition to managing your Nosara vacation rental on our Mango Rentals website, we also manage booking channels, such as Airbnb and VRBO. We accept rental income and security deposits, coordinate departure and arrival cleanings, stock guest arrival items, provide check-in and check-out and provide concierge services for guests.
Property Care & Maintenance
At Mango Rentals, we have a maintenance person and cleaning team on-staff and available 24/7 to care for your home. In addition, we manage garden and pool work, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and obtain quotes for larger home improvement projects, as needed.
Financial Management
We pay utility and monthly service bills, manage homeowner reserves for expenses, salaries and insurance for house employees. We also pay annual taxes, manage rental income and security deposits, and provide our homeowner clients with monthly statements. And we will work with the lawyer and accountant of your choice for your monthly 13% VAT filing and annual income tax filing.
Quality Checks
Each month, we do a full property walk-through to check for maintenance needs. For an additional fee, we also offer a pre-season quality review and shopping for housewares, linens and suggested improvements and upgrades to make sure your home is vacation rental ready and keeping pace with competing properties.
Marketing & Promotion
As a homeowner client, we will promote your Nosara vacation rental on Mango Rentals websites, affiliate websites, and social channels. Depending on whether you choose to rent your property short or long term, we can also promote to local long-term rental groups.
